Kristy Cunningham

Kristy joined Bright Horizons in early 2019 as Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth and Chief Marketing Officer. Her previous roles include SVP of Strategy and Insights at McDonald’s Corporation and Chief Marketing Officer of Hess Corporation, as well as 13 years as a Partner in the retail and consumer practice at Bain & Company. Customer and relationship focused, she is thrilled to bring her passion and expertise to our mission-driven organization.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Kristy is an avid supporter of helping children and families reach their potential.  She has served on the Board for Citizen Schools in Massachusetts, New Jersey and Illinois. In addition, she is a longtime volunteer with the Girl Scouts of America and former Troop Leader. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School, she lives in Massachusetts with her family.
