Bright Horizons’ ADAPT Employee Resource Group Comes Together to Support Special Olympics Colorado
March 6, 2025 – Recently, the Abled and Disabled Advocates Partnering Together (ADAPT) Employee Resource Group (ERG) came together to raise awareness and give back to the Denver, CO community where Bright Horizons has an office in Westminster. The group partnered with local field operations and center staff, and employees from Bright Horizons’ Westminster office to participate in Special Olympics Colorado’s annual fundraising plane pull event. The group raised an impressive $3,000, contributing to the $360,000 overall amount raised for Special Olympics Colorado. This is one example of many how Bright Horizons’ employees give back to the communities where they live and work.
“Core to our mission is that our employees give back to the communities where we live and work. Our ADAPT ERG participated in a fantastic event to support the Special Olympics Colorado, bringing together employees throughout the company. Our Employee Resource Groups are encouraged to identify ways that support our culture of inclusion within the company,” said Tammy Chuprevich, Senior Vice President, Head of Field Operations at Bright Horizons. “Together, we are a strong community where everyone feels involved, encouraged, and supported.”
Through the ADAPT ERG, the company creates a safe, collaborative space that fosters ongoing awareness. The ADAPT community empowers employees to feel comfortable being themselves, to be curious, and learn about others.
