David H. Lissy

Mr. Lissy is the current Chair of the Board. He served as Executive Chairman of the Company from January 2018 through December 2019 and has served as a director of the Company since 2001. Mr. Lissy served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from January 2002 to January 2018. Previously, he served as Chief Development Officer of the Company from 1998 until January 2002 and as Executive Vice President from June 2000 to January 2002. He joined Bright Horizons in August 1997 and served as Vice President of Development until the merger with CorporateFamily Solutions, Inc. in July 1998. Prior to joining Bright Horizons, Mr. Lissy served as senior vice president/general manager at Aetna U.S., Healthcare in the New England region. Mr. Lissy has served on the board of Redfin Corporation (Nasdaq: RDFN) since 2018 and as Chair of the Redfin board of directors since 2020. He also serves on the boards of private companies, BeneLynk, Inc. and Scripta Insights, Inc., Jumpstart and as chair of the board of trustees of Ithaca College.
