September 1, 2020 – In a Fast Company article on how companies are helping working parents navigate child care during the pandemic, Bright Horizons CEO Stephen Kramer shares how companies - including clients Broad Institute, Bank of America, Cisco, Salesforce, ExxonMobil, and The Home Depot - partner with Bright Horizons to offer employees backup care and onsite childcare. 

Bright Horizons is also mentioned as a solution for parents looking to source caregivers and teachers to form microschools or learning pods through the recent aquisition of Sittercity, thereby leveling the playing field in terms of access to quality education. Stephen is quoted saying: 

“We’re really trying to take the socioeconomic piece out of it. Because we have great relationships with our employer clients, we are truly encouraging them to subsidize significantly these learning opportunities for their employees’ children.”
