How do I access my EdAssist benefit?

Accessing your EdAssist benefit is simple! Start by visiting your company’s benefits page, where you’ll likely find a direct link to your EdAssist portal. You can also check the benefits section of your company’s intranet or refer to any onboarding materials you received when you joined. If you’re unsure, your HR team is a great resource—they can point you in the right direction. Still need help? How do I submit a tuition assistance application?

For eligible employees, tuition applications can be submitted right through your EdAssist portal. Visit your employer’s intranet for more details. The application will ask for basic information about the education you are pursuing, including education type, field of study, the name of the education provider and program, dates for the session or exam, and costs. You will also be asked to review and agree to terms specific to your employer’s education assistance program to complete your application. Upon submission, EdAssist will evaluate your application and send it through the appropriate approval channels based on your employer’s policy. The system will automatically notify you of approval, status changes, or further instructions. Please visit your EdAssist portal for complete details.

What is an employee education coaching session and how do I schedule one?

Many employers offering the EdAssist benefit provide coaching to help people maximize their education benefits. For those who are eligible, coaching can include a how-to for choosing a degree program that meets your career objectives; guidance on how to finance your education; or a primer on what your benefit includes and how to use it. Employees with student loan support may also be eligible for coaching to help pay down existing education debt. Schedule your appointment directly through the coaching page of your EdAssist portal.
