Bright Horizons Adds Sittercity Services to Family of Solutions

Bright Horizons Family Solutions has partnered with Sittercity and will now be the exclusive provider of their employer-sponsored SelectPlus program, which delivers the largest self-select, online care base of child, elder, and pet caregivers; household service providers; homework help; and senior care, planning, and referrals.

Sometimes even knowing where to start can be difficult when people need help managing everything on their combined work and home to-do lists.  Through SelectPlus, Bright Horizons client employees can find caregivers and service providers in their area that meet the specific needs for their family.  They will be able to hire babysitters, hire house cleaners and even get help for their children who may be struggling with homework.

SelectPlus will be part of Bright Horizons’ new CareDirect program and will fall under the Bright Horizons Care Advantage umbrella alongside Bright Horizons’ back-up care program, which provides care for children and adults through credentialed in-home providers or at a child care center in Bright Horizons nationwide network.

Bright Horizons CareDirect^TM will be available to clients immediately and will broaden Bright Horizons programs to help employers enhance their employees’ well-being, engagement and productivity.
