No Ruff Days for Children at Bright Horizons at Franklin Industrial Park

July 30, 2019 – Children at Bright Horizons at Franklin Industrial Park recently received a visit from Officer Jamie of the Franklin Police Department and Ben Franklin, a golden retriever puppy who is training to become a therapy dog in Franklin Public Schools. Ben showed off some of the tricks he has learned, and both toddlers and preschoolers alike had the chance to pet Ben, while the kindergarten prep classroom learned all about Ben's "job."

"He will help students with test-taking and in any other high stress situations in the school setting," said Jennifer Cardullo, center director. "Some of the children that graduate from our center and go to school in Franklin may even see Ben again when they start kindergarten."
