Andy Clonts

Andy is the VP of Growth for the EdAdvisory business within Bright Horizons. In this role, he is responsible for driving revenue growth, solution strategy, the development and execution of go to market strategies, and ensuring the satisfaction and retention of existing clients of our EdAssist and College Coach solutions.

Andy brings over 27 years of HR, benefits, and payroll experience working with many of the Fortune 500 companies and organizations to maximize the value of their employee offerings.

Prior to Bright Horizons, Andy held several leadership positions over his 14 years with Alight, Aon, AonHewitt and Hewitt Associates. He has a strong track record in working with clients to develop targeted delivery solutions for health and welfare, employee benefits and retirement plans.

Andy earned a bachelor’s in business administration from Valdosta State University.
