In one of the largest-ever studies of tuition assistance programs, a new survey of more than 22,000 participants shows that employers who actively support tuition assistance programs have a clear leg up on attracting top talent.
The results showed that employees who take advantage of tuition assistance are significantly more likely to stay with their organization and to be promoted. Participants also overwhelmingly reported that the benefit was highly important both in their original decision to join the organization and in their overall job satisfaction.
