What You Need
- Your (and your child's) imaginations
How to Do this Activity
Take turns asking and answering each other’s questions, such as:
- “What if you were a king or queen? What would you do with your power? And what would you do all day?”
- “If you could live anywhere in the world, where would that be? Why? What would it be like there?”
- “If you could go on the perfect vacation, where would you go? Who would you go with?”
What Your Child Learns
Through this activity, your child thinks about his interests and dreams. He considers multiple possibilities and comes up with creative ideas. Your child is also listening and responding to your thoughts and ideas.
